Unlimited interviews for one flat price: you are never charged per minute or per interview. You get up to 90 min of live copilot a day, each interview can run up to 60 min, and you get 30 min of AI mock interviews a day. The daily time resets at midnight UTC.

Nothing is charged automatically. You can stop for the day, or top up with bonus credits and keep going (1 credit = 1 minute). Bonus credits do not expire.

Yes. When you click Get Unlimited you can choose a higher daily limit: Unlimited Plus ($69/month, up to 2 h of copilot a day, interviews up to 90 min) or Unlimited Max ($129/month, up to 3 h of copilot a day, no session limit). Unlimited stays preselected.

Yes, yourself, at app.lastroundai.com/settings#plan-change. Upgrade anytime: you pay the price difference minus the unused time on your current plan, and a new billing cycle starts that day. A downgrade starts at your next renewal, and the current period is not refunded. You can also pause for 1 to 3 months instead of cancelling: you keep access until the period you paid for ends, nothing is charged while paused, and you can pause once every 6 months.

Yes, any time. In the web app go to Settings → Billing and use Cancel Subscription. There is no cancellation fee and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. If you only need a break, pause for 1 to 3 months at app.lastroundai.com/settings#plan-change instead. Refunds: only within 7 days and only if nothing has been used since the payment (no credits and no copilot or mock interview minutes; usage is tracked per minute). This applies to every plan, including Unlimited, upgrades and 3-month plans. Policy: lastroundai.com/refund.

If you subscribed before October 23, 2026, your plan keeps the limits you signed up with. They stay in place until you cancel.
